Consultancy Services

We provide direct access to our clients to a team of highly qualified and experienced professionals who provide consulting services in preliminary work, building design, construction management and construction supervision and maintenance work. MKCC has worked as an engineering consultant on almost every type of building project, including domestic housing, schools, hotels, sports centers, offices, factories, hospitals and health centers. These services can be provided to Owners, Designers or Contractors
Construction Management
We take over the overall management of the project by changing the need of a key contractor and removing his margin which is significantly higher than the construction management fee.
The project is divided into several business packages and is fully managed and integrated by us. This option provides the owner with a “construction arm” that gives him considerable savings and flexibility.
It also allows for 'fast tracking' projects that allow construction to begin before the design is completed quickly.
Value Engineering / Design Review
We review design, make recommendations to achieve optimal value by evaluating design options, and analyze all aspects of design, including design and systems and materials, to make it more efficient and cost effective.
Cost Analysis and Estimation
We estimate the cost of a particular project. At the budget level, this can be done on an accurate scale before the design is completed or after a complete design is completed based on the conceived performance specifications. We can provide the service of a contractor competitively tendering this service.
Procurement
We explore the market, recommend vendors and subcontractors, publish quote requests, analyze offers both technically and commercially, and make recommendations for all our client purchase requirements. We can also prepare the Purchase Order on behalf of our client.
